공감의 깊이 Depth of Empathy

■ In 2025, among 113 applicants in the General Category of the Flat Art section of the art competition held at the Kyobo Education Foundation Art Gallery, five award-winning works selected by art and aesthetics critic Im Jeonghee were presented through an online VR exhibition. Reflecting recent trends in contemporary art, the participating artists demonstrated experimental practices that were not confined to a single discipline, instead crossing, intersecting, and combining multiple fields. In particular, Jang Yeonhee employed monoprint printmaking techniques to capture plant forms through light and shadow, enhancing emotional receptivity and inviting viewers to rediscover everyday subjects from a renewed perspective. ■ 2025년 교보 교육재단 아트 갤러리에서 개최된 예술작품 공모전 평면예술 부문 일반부에는 총 113명이 응모하였으며, 임정희 미학·미술 평론가의 심사를 통해 선정된 다섯 작가의 수상작이 온라인 VR 전시로 진행되었다. 최근 미술의 흐름을 여실히 반영하듯, 참여 작가들은 한 영역에 국한되지 않고 영역을 넘나들며 가로지르거나 결합하는 실험적 작업을 선보였다. 특히 장연희 작가는 식물의 형태를 빛과 그림자로 담아내기 위해 모노프린트 판화 기법을 사용함으로써 감성적 수용성을 끌어올리고, 일상을 새로운 시선으로 발견하게 했다는 평을 받았다.
